Lump on inner crotch please help

I have a lump on my inner crotch that I've had for about a year now. It started out fairly small but after I shaved around it it became a little bit larger, about the size of a pea. It is not movable, and about 6 months ago I noticed it seemed swollen like there was fluid and so I popped it and a lot of whitish puss came out and after that I didn't have any problems. Then the bump came back about a month ago and I tried to pop it again but only got blood. However it became swollen to about the size of a large pea and I noticed after a shower a little drop of that whitish puss on it. I tried again to pop it using a safety pin that I disinfected and I just got blood again. However it's gone again and I'm just very annoyed by this. I feel like it is a very infected hair follicle because when I popped it this time there was a very long ingrown hair in it. I would really appreciate any help I can get and I apologize for the graphic descriptions.
