Hi I've just order a bbt thermometer how do I use it and chart everyday gonna try everything next month! ovulation tests tablets and bbt temping some help pls girls..

Check temp roughly the same time and same method (I check mine orally) every morning as soon as you wake up and before you do ANYTHING. Most accurate temps are after at least 3-6 of sleep. GL!
