Whats wrong witj me?

So a couple of weeks ago I thought I had a uti thw dr. Said there werent any microbes in my urine when she tested for a uti but she went ahead and prescribed the antibiotics. So since 3 days ago I feel urgency all the time !!!! Its so annoying and and I dont have pain when I pee its just uncomfortable like something is pressing on my bladder. I called and made an appointment but that might take a whilr since I need to renew my discount for the clinic. Should I be worried?? Could it be cancer?
