Sore breasts?

What exactly does "sore breast" feel like? I workout a lot and have had like the muscle "sore" in my breasts before but that's almost behind them... When I touch them or run and they move its just uncomfortable and tender... I've been having other pregnancy symptoms as well, but this just started today... Period expected on Monday----
