Does anyone else have this problem?

So I'm beginning to realize that i have anxiety problems and that ive had them for a few years. But im just now putting the pieces together that its probably anxiety.

Lately whenever i try to go to sleep it takes me a good 1-2 hours. Everytime i feel like im almost asleep i get waken up with a jump/shock like how you would jump if someone scared you. This happens for a good couple hours until i guess my body just gets physically exhausted. I was wondering if this happens to anyone else? Whats it called? How to cope with it?

Its been 2 nights in a row now and its making me scared to even try to go to sleep. But im also so tired that im having constant stomach aches throughout the day just from the lack of sleep and such.

Please tell me im not alone ? :(
