Migraines

I've had the worst migraine all day and Tylonal does not work for me what so ever. Advil used to be the only thing that could take them away for me. Since I can't take Advil what are some other things I can do to help get rid of this terrible monster. I'm miserable and my SO wants to stay up till midnight since its New Year's eve but come 12:01 this momma bear needs to sleep! Need to make it these next 2 1/2 hours!😣
