Sensitive perineum

For some time now I've had this issue that comes and goes. My perineum at times gets really tender & just wiping or washing results in specks of tissues appear when I wipe or pat myself dry. The doctors have said it's nothing but it's driving me crazy as I had never had a problem prior to becoming sexually active. Now all it takes is for me to go pee & I can feel a sting. It really only is spotting & it has never actually bled but i just want it to be gone for good. Is there a way?
