Can the flu affect conception?

I'm in my TWW, and I've come down with the flue, chills fever and all! My question is, can being sick like this affect implantation? (You know, if sperm met egg and all that)

No. Until the egg implants into your uterus you're not pregnant. So the medication won't cause a problem either. I'm sure there have been people who got pregnant on the flu.
