Child birth?!

I will be 22 weeks tomorrow and the closer I get to being full term the more nervous I get!! I have had complications since March of last year with passing out and constant hot flashes. I also have like crazy anxiety! I am so nervous about giving birth and something happening to me in the process. My doctors don't seem to concerned because I haven't really been diagnosed with anything. I am really beginning to wonder if I can do this!! Advice please?
