Random sharp pain in pelvis

So I woke up last night with a intense sharp pain on the right side. It woke me up out of a dead sleep. No spotting at all. I got up, went to pee, crawled back in bed and in about 20 minutes it subsided. I'm 6w with my second so I know what ligament pain feels like and this hurt so much worse!! Thoughts? I thought it could have been an ectopic but I wasn't spotting at all and the pain went away.
