I'm 10dpo and have cramping and only my left nipple is sore. After ovulation I had sore nipples and breasts 3-4dpo than went away and now only left nipple is sore. I'm so confused anyone get a bfp on first round of clomid?? I have been ttc for 3 years now and I'm losing hope. My progesterone was 29.6 at 7dpo so I know I ovulated this cycle. But bfn this morning at 10dpo.
