Preg & bleeding

8 weeks pregnant, after three vaginal ultrasounds and every time I have intercourse I bleed. But it was always brown blood but never enough to even get on my undies. Today I had intercourse and I'm bleeding bright red blood, all over my underwear and falling every time I go pee. No clots tho. I had a mc three months ago. ;( no pain of cramps with this blood. Anyone experience this and everything turn out okay? Freaking out so bad. ;((
