Is it OK to miss your period for one month  because  I haven't  gotten  mine this  month  in December  I did the first  week  I was worried  I wasn't  gonna get it after I stopped  taking  birth Control  idk if my periods are irregular  now I only took depo  for 8 months

Yea you're fine if your period was at the first of December it won't happen again until the first of January. I've missed several periods and nothing has happened as long as you're careful while being sexually active you're good

Your periods can be very messed up after coming off hormonal birth control. The midwives told me it could be up to a year to become regular again. After about 9 months, I seem to be back on track.

Give it some time, but consult a doctor if you're very worried.
