Help!!

So I've been  dating this guy for about a year now I've known him for a little over 2 years. This might be a little early but I love him! The problem is how is Islam and I'm Christian. We've been talking about future plans and idk what to do or say religion plays a huge part of our lives, he's not making me change my religion nor am I but what am I supposed to do if we have kids later on??
