What are the chances?

Ok so.... my fertile week was 4th Jan-yesterday.

We had sex on the 4th, 5th and 7th. I have been suffering from reeeeeally severe anxiety and depression and taking my pill last couple weeks has just not entered my mind. We arent TTC as such. We plan to soon. But not til say 6 months to a year away. If I was to get pregnant we'd love and keep the baby and do the very best we could for the baby.

Is it best to avoid drinking etc just incase? Is it much of a possibility?
