Pos. Opk but still no baby

I've been off the deposit for 17 months now. I started getting periods again in August. I got another app similar to this one to help keep track of my ovulations. When the app said I was ovulating I used an opk to confirm. I've done this the last 3 months and still nothing. At times I feel like I could be pregnant. Could it be possible for you to ovulate with no egg drop?
