Lighter periods??

Last November I had a tubal pregnancy. Ever since then my periods have been lighter. The hospital never explained to me how my body would be after the procedure. Can anyone please explain what I should expect

I don't know what's expected in this case but I know what you mean, since my miscarriage last October my periods haven't been as heavy as they were before and my cycle has shortened to something a little more normal, I used to have heavy periods and 40-50 day cycles, now they're closer to 32-34, I'm glad someone else has experienced something similar.
