Love Proving Doctors Wrong!!

So, I had an ultrasound at 7+5, and we saw/heard the heartbeat. I decided to get a Doppler, and heard the heartbeat at home at 8+5! At my 10 week appt yesterday-at 10+4, I told my dr we got a Doppler, and she said 'did you hear anything? Because it's way too early.' I said, actually I did and have for a good two weeks! She looked surprised, and said it may have just been my own HR. I said no way, mine isn't in the 170's sounding like a chugging train!!! Sure enough she grabbed her Doppler, I pointed to where baby has been hanging out mostly, and the second the Doppler came down-there was baby's heart, beating away!!! Nice little 'I told you so moment' that we don't always have with doctors!!! She said it's probably because I'm so thin, but it's nice knowing that's definitely what my husband and I have been hearing!! 😁❤️
