Big Fat Boo to Bladder Infections!

I just found out I have a bladder infection and was shocked because I haven't noticed any symptoms (I seem to be symptom-immune between this and the pregnancy!). They put me on macrobid but naturally I am worried about little babe. I am 8w2d. Anyone been through this in their pregnancy?
