​Interested to know if any of you count calories not to diet but manage your weight gain.
​Obviously WHAT you eat is the most important and you should eat to hunger.
​I know cal requirements vary but if you are counting how active are you, what is your goal etc.
​I had gained weight when I came off the pill so was using MFP before I fell to lose about 4kgs (a few pounds).
