Hematoma

Hi everyone- I wanted to see if anyone else was diagnosed with a small hematoma in the uterus. I am 11 weeks, 5 days and my doctor told me these usually resolve on own and I could expect some bleeding, none yet. There is also the worst case scenario which is miscarriage. I had a miscarriage in May and had several uterine complications afterward- was diagnosed with a uterine AVM that ended up resolving on its own but it was a horrifying diagnosis. My questions for everyone is do you have more information or personal experiences to share about this and is there anything I can be doing to avoid  problems?
