Condom recommendations?

The gentleman and I finally feel ready to get intimate with one another. Safely, of course! 😊 Any condom recommendations? Any brands that you'd suggest avoiding? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Bonus points for advice on how to purchase them discreetly. I know I should just own it but sometimes you just don't want the cashier to see that kind of thing!

Some of the ultra thin ones are nice (which is my boyfriend's opinion). Apparently he can feel more with those. 
I tried the Fire & Ice ones once... DON'T! It burns like hell!

I went off the pill several months ago because I didn't like the way it made me feel so we've been using condoms. My husband hates them and says it makes it harder to feel (but until he goes and gets snipped it'll have to do!!) Anyways since he's so picky we've tried several different ones. His favorite by far is Magnum Thin. It's in a black box. As far as discrete purchasing- don't have much advice for that. Cashiers have seen people buy worse, more private things than condoms. I doubt they even care!

I promise the cashier doesn't care. If you're that concerned go somewhere with a self checkout. I reccomend Trojan fire and ice.

Also make sure you aren't allergic to latex. I have a latex sensitivity in the lady area and latex condoms burn like a thousand fires. We've had to use bare ones or polyurethane.

Trojan bare skin is GREAT!! Avoid Trojan thintensity, they get very dry fast!

Cashiers pretty much know not to acknowledge the "awkward" purchases. I was freaking out over buying my boyfriend some Preparation H he was too embarrassed to get but needed. No comment at all. Polite conversation and your cashier won't even bat an eye.

I haven't used condoms in years but I always stuck with Trojan brand. They had a variety pack that had some "mint tingle" in there and I LOVED those! Hahaha its a lot like the Yours + Mine lubricant.
