Anyone else?

Endometriosis. Almost positive I do have it. Only problem is, I don't have the money for the exploratory surgery to tell 100%. But I am TTC, for about four months. My spouse and I get so upset after constant negatives and it kills me to even think I could never have such a beautiful experience!!!!! 😢 Anyone having the same problem and want to share anything or had this problem and got your BFP!!!?? Any tips?!
