Pulling feeling???

soo I have been feeling sick like I am going to throw up for almost a week. I am not going to take a test until my period is due because it has been about 8dpo. I am also constantly feeling a "pulling " right behind my belly button and having cramps late at night. Is this normal? Could I be pregnant?
