Prayers please

This is my first pregnancy, Im just a little over 6 weeks along. Had an US last Friday which revealed a baby and yolk sac and HR of 100bpm. They want a follow up on Feb 10th to make sure that baby is growing and the heart rate increases. I just started to have some brown discharge today, kind of thick. No red at all, I don't notice cramping. I'm a little worried right now but am not going to call the doctor because if it was a MC they couldn't do anything to save the baby anyways. I'm going to pray and wait it out until the next ultrasound unless the blood turns red and gets a much heavier flow. Say a prayer for me please! I never really wanted kids getting older and hubby and I changed our minds. I feel like I'm now fighting to be and stay pregnant. Thanks for listening.
