What's happening...?

Long story short. I had unprotected sex with my bf while I was on antibiotics. He came a little bit inside me (I think). Freaked out for a while my friend gave me two bc pills to take, she said it worked as plan b so that day I took 3 bc pills... Had to go to the doctors to give blood and provide a urine sample. Nurse called back later that day said everything was fine. Never mentioned anything about having a bun in the oven. So I thought I was out of the clear. Recently I've had spotting the last couple days. And I'm on non sugar pills now. But would it have something to do with me taking 3 bc pills in one day?
