Anyone use marijuana while pregnant?

I myself have heard both sides, and just want to see how many women actually do use it during pregnancy..

I smoked marijuana heavily for 3-4 years and it screwed my long term and short term memory over really bad and it still hasn't gone back to normal. I've also read studies that say it causes problems in teenagers because their brains are not fully developed - more vulnerable to mental illness, etc... Wouldn't want to see the effect the THC would have on a developing fetus. To me it's a gamble because how do you know it won't hurt your baby? So it makes YOU feel good and maybe you don't feel any negative effects but you have no way of knowing its effects on your baby.. It's too risky. Same reason not to drink alchohol or eat super unhealthy.. Even though you MIGHT still have an apparently healthy baby .. maybe...it's still an unfair gamble with their health for a small amount of pleasure for the mom.

I know many people advocate marijuana and it's health benefits and honestly I'm 4/20 friendly even though I do not smoke. #1 cause smoking anything is bad for you. There other forms like edibles and oils (actual oils thank horrible stuff people smoke with blow torches) that are very medicinal and have basically less risk and effects than prescription drugs. With that being said it is still widely illegal and you could lose custody of your child depending on where you live if you test positive during pregnancy and especially after birth. Please weigh the risk of this vs how bad you think you need to smoke. Plus we really don't know how  it effects development so it's really not worth it in my opinion! Good luck!
