Right now I'm having severe cramps like I've never had before. It started 2 ago with a dull achy pain in my lower left stomach and I thought I was ovulating or about to because I did an opk and it was negitive. I'm not pregnant cuz I took a pregnancy test tonight and it was negitive. I also don't think it's period cramps since it's not due till February 11th and I'm pretty regular.

The cramping is in my left ovary area, goes into my back and into my lower pelvis area. It's to the point where I can hardly walk and I can't lay on my left side.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be or have you experienced anything like this before.
