I just found out I am pregnant and already I am having issues sleeping.  I can't seem to sleep through the night and keep losing feeling in my arm when I'm on my side.  Im usually a stomach sleeper but my breasts are so tender it's not possible unless I sleep laying on a pillow.  My husband said I should get a body pillow but I didn't realize how many there are to choose from and since they are pricey I wAnt to get one that I can use my entire pregnancy.  I have been sleeping with a pillow between my legs to keep cool bc I tend to get hot in the middle of the night. Any recommendations?  And if so what did you like about the one you chose?
