3 days late. Should I test now?

Here's my only problem... I just started having regular cycles for 2 yrs now. Everyday for 2 yrs I've been on time, but this time late by 3 days. What are the chances of going back to my old cycle of having a period once every 3 months? I want to take the HPT but afraid I'll just be disappointed... Dose age matter as well? I'm in my late 30s
Anyone have this similar thing happen to them?
Also, if I do buy HPT which would you recommend?

I am also 3 days late and got a BFN this morning. 😔

The results from this morning... 😞 Its negative. If it was positive the first window would of showed a + sign. It's called Early Pregnancy Test. They sell them here (US) in every store.

I've had this one for a while... Is that the expiration date? And how accurate are they?

I would test, I know a bfn is a massive let down but what I would tell myself was that I either am or in not preg regardless of a test so I may as well know :) I like first response the best, at 3 days late you should get a result. Good luck, keep us posted!! Baby dust ✨✨✨✨✨
