Implantation Bleeding TMI

I am possibly 5 DPO, could be wrong because I took an ovulation test yesterday afternoon and it came back positive, but had a high, closed and very soft cervix. Now I notice this when I wipe today, what is going on with my body?? Yes, I do have other symptoms that would lead me to believe I'm pregnant, but maybe its wishful thinking.
