What could this be?

On Tuesday I had a bleed that was a bit heavier than spotting, I put a pad on just incase it was my AF but according to glow I'm not due for that till next week this bleed only lasted till about thursday afternoon and then today I noticed blood in my panties but it wasn't alot it looked like I was spotting and now it's practically stopped was this my AF even though it would be a week early or is this something else?
