Question??

is it possible to feel pain and cramping on one side of your stomach 3 days before period and it mean that you ovulated on that side? I'm not pregnant. I had surgery on my left tube and had eptopic pregnancy I'm wondering if I cramp on that side right before my period cause its clearing out the egg and it's my bad tube... any answers were trying to figure out when I ovulate on my right side so we can start trying again
