Had pink bleeding for 3 and a half hours. Went to the loo to see if it had stopped and this was there when I wiped.

You need to get to a hospital immediately. This is not good. I did have a clot pass wih my second pregnancy and baby was ok but this is highly concerning and not normal so it's essential u get a doctor!

It might be. But it also might not be. I had horrible bleeding most of my second pregnancy and my son is 5 now. Go to the dr/er just in case to make sure. Good luck xo
