So, I work at Walmart bakery. I used to work in apparel until they laid me off. Apparel paid me $7.45 an hour. The managers were decent and worked with you. They switched me to the bakery at $7.65 an hour. The manager is a dick, and constantly gets on me for little insignificant things. Anyway, I just found out the start pay is like $8. I REFUSE to go back and be underpaid and treated like shit. Is this the right choice? I feel like my boyfriend is pissed because we need the second pay check.
