Worried ! 😞

I am 5 weeks and 4 days along. Ever since this morning I have a sharp dull pain on my lower abdomen on the right side and feels like it goes towards my left side too. The pain has been off and on all day. No bleeding. Is it something to worry about? I have been feeling nauseous all day and have been getting some hot flashes and light headed all day. This is my second pregnacy did not feel like this my first pregnancy.
