Ovulation cramp?

Do sometimes during my fertile window I experience a day or two of light twinges around my ovary/uterus area. Nothing to painful but something I'm aware of. It usually feels like it comes from the same side, the right side. It never really feels like my left side. Is it possible that I'm only ovulating from one ovary then? Or is it too difficult to truly identify the sides? I've been curious since we started ttc last month. Anyone else have that feeling too? Thank you!
