💥 ubnormal body😢

So I took a pt test & got a faint line. Was so confused so I went to see my doctor & he took another test tho we both taught it would show negative considering it would be too early.. got off depo shot on August 1st so it's now 7 months. Got my first & only period from dec 18th-dec 22... on October 26 I woke up extremely wet so I found that weird. Took a opk & it was positive I taught it was weird because my periods weren't back.. so that just meant that I was ovulating without my afs. Now my period is 15 days late. & my pt tests r still faint. Doctor said to wait 1 week & re test because he thinks I ovulated later than I taught & I might be like 1/2 weeks pregnant... anyone else on the same boat???
