Your boobs are THE most fascinating thing to a man. And don't even get me started on the vagina. All the stuff above and below he's most likely already seen uncovered (except in respect to various religious practices) and has already felt the middle ground in hugs. 
The first step to overcoming this is to first love yourself in your own skin. If you don't, ask yourself if you're willing to do something to change it. If not, stop complaining about it and learn to love it! Look in the mirror right before you jump in the shower and tell yourself you are beautiful. That what you think to be flaws are unique to you and they are you and they make you human.

I had issues mainly after having my first child but he loves me so I remind myself that no matter what I'm still beautiful... it's hard but the more you tell your self the more you start to believe it.
