Just had my lap

So I had my lap Tuesday. I've been officially diagnosed with stage 2 endometriosis. We have been TTC for about eighth months! I'm waiting to see how my cycle evens out but I think I'm supposed to start my period on February 4th. How long did it take you guys to conceive after a lap?! Just curious. We're open to fertility drugs as well, but want to try to naturally conceive first.
