Anyone had hip pain? Tips for coping?
Hi ladies. I'm 13w 2d right now and having awful hip pain that seems to be getting worse. I have mild hip pain usually bc I have scoliosis and my weight is unevenly distributed, but this is just crazy. Anyone else had this? Any tips to cope? It's like sharp pain when I step down every time it's horrid. I have a massage on Thurs.. Just gotta make it till then.
