I feel bloated boobs tingly jeans feel tight cnt be ovulating yet I dno if I had af as it arrived 27th-29th n boobs feel massive but this is my chart on here

First pregnancy I had a bleed then found out I was 16wks that was 14yrs ago I thought I was having my period so I thought nothing of it by the September I took a test strong positive what I'm asking is do I get a test or not even bother as i feel like my bladder is never empty even after going for a wee
