What level of exercise are you at and plan to maintain through your pregnancy?  I current jog 3X a week and do a boot camp.  I really want to stay in shape through pregnancy as I'm going into it a little bit overweight, but definitely don't want to do anything to cause a MC.  Also, my first appointment isn't until March so glad I can ask you guys my questions in the meantime!
