Cramps after exercise??

Question

Is anyone else suffering with cramps after exercising?? Its the 1st time i"ve exercised tonight since finding out I am expecting and had slighty cramps constant ever since, should I be worried??

I get cramps when I do a hard work out or run. I did with my previous pregnancy too -although I miscarried that time my OBGYN told me a million times it was NOT from exercising especially because I exercise regularly. I just try to not to high impact (box jumps,running-also my boobs hurt WAY to bad to run) or heavy lifting

All I can say is that I have been getting them a little during exercise .. But I'm normally super active and work out pretty hard so I don't want to stop completely..

Thanks ladies, I normally exercise aroubd 5 times a week and dont want to stop altogether, ggod to know its not just me!
