I have to change it everytime i pee. I dont like that the string gets wet. Bleh. With that being said yes i go through tampons like crazy. But they always have coupons for them so i stock up lol

No. I change it when it's full, or it's been in 7-8 hrs.  I don't like when it gets wet either, but since I wear a liner, I never even notice it

No. I will hold the strings towards the back so they don't get wet with pee. I change my tampon every 5 hour with a reminder alarm.
