Apartment help.

Okay, so when I first moved into my current apartment it was great. And then three days later I got a note on my door saying that I didn't pay all of my rent. But it was included in the move-in fees so I did. A little bit later I was bringing my dog to the bathroom and at the time I had yet to go grocery shopping so I didn't have any plastic bags so I went over to the little stand that generally has the dog bags and there were none there, so I went to one of the maintenance guys and said hey is there any dog bags I could use in case my dog goes to the bathroom they said yes and they will refill in a bit and to just leave it, it's fine this time, so I left it. Then as time went on I got a note saying it's a $75 fee if I choose not to pick up my dogs poop. Some more time goes on and drawers are falling out of my kitchen, cabinets are falling off, and all the sudden my bedroom has a very dank smell to it. So my boyfriend and I looked all over the place for it and turns out there's BLACK mold growing in our closet. And for some reason all of our clothes, even the ones that were hanging up, were wet. So we had to bring our all of our laundry down to the laundry mat and get it all cleaned again. Now after many sleepless months due to our neighbors loud and obnoxious sounds upstairs, we tell them please quiet down. That only lasted for a night. So I called the leasing manager and they told me they would be talking with the owner. And every time we call maintenance about something they never come. And when they came to fix our kitchen drawers, they left a note saying they just switch them around and will be back to fix them later. They never came. So now I decided I'm going to make my appartment a little more personal. So we took down the blinds and we put up curtains they charged us a $400 fee to have our curtains up instead of their plastic blinds. Of course we weren't gonna pay the $400 so we just put the blinds back up. They signed my boyfriend and I up for a 14 month lease without our approval, so now I have 10 more months here. And the mold won't go away, my dog is infested with fleas where she wasn't before and regularly gets treated for them, the fire alarms are so sensitive they make my dog had a seizure even if we open up the bathroom door because they're so loud and high pitch, and maintenance refuses to fix anything. I don't know what to do. And I also don't know what the consequences are of breaking a lease. So if anyone can help me and give me some sort of advice/guidance I would be more than grateful. Thank you
