Have you always had to use fertility to get pregnant?

I am 27. Had my daughter when I was 23. Wanted to have another child 2-4 years after., if I were to get pregnant this round they would be 5yrs apart. We have been trying for over a year. On clomid 150mg for two months now.. Thanks for any support
