Dog vs boyfriend

My boyfriend and I are supposed to be moving in together in about a year and he is telling me that my dog can't sleep in the same bed as us? I understand when things are getting crazy in the bedroom but when we're just sleeping it shouldn't bother him. I try to explain to him that my dog has really bad separation anxiety and is actually on pills for it. She even needs an axiety jacket when I leave her alone. My dog is like my child and I've been sleeping in the same bed as her since I got her. She's not big and never will be big plus how could you say no to this ( the one on the left)
