Confused and Giving up

I was told I have PCOS, but every time I go in with abdominal cramps, there aren't any cysts. I'm beginning to wonder if I am JUST infertile and nothing can be done. I have no periods, and when I do they're sooo heavy I was put on provera, & almost needed a d&c. I am 26, & in 17 days I'm getting married. I know I'm young, but I'm also the ONLY female amongst my cousins and sisters without a child. It gets lonely not invited to play dates or anything. So depressed, I JUST lost my job so I'm an emotional wreck!!!
