Torn placenta

So I'm ten weeks. Baby measures at eleven weeks. I had some bleedin yesterday even passed a small clot. Very small tho. Now I have darkish brown discharge. Doctor said that's fine. Not to lift anything heavy, can't have sex, and just take it easy. I'm fine with all that. She said baby's heart rate is fine, and baby is moving around just fine which is another good sign. Anyone else experience anything like this? She's gunna be giving me an ultrasound weekly until I start feeling baby. Just to give me piece of mind and to make sure my placenta continues to heal and not tear anymore. She also said it could've been caused by my placenta moving around my uterus.
